Candidate Forum: Bremerton Municipal Court Judge

Candidates for Bremerton Municipal Court Judge, Tracy Flood and Thomas (Tom) E. Weaver participated in a League of Women Voters of Kitsap candidate forum via Zoom Webinar on October 6, at 5:30 pm. We thank our candidates for offering their skills and talents in service to our city. They deserve our respect, and we asked them to maintain civility with one another during this forum.

Questions were submitted to the League by voters through our website and were consolidated into questions asked by our moderator, Linda Streissguth. The questions covered a range of topics and issues pertinent to the City of Bremerton. Each candidate was given 90 seconds to make an opening statement in the order in which their names appear on the ballot. Then each candidate answered a series of questions, in a rotating order, and was given 60 seconds to respond to each. At the end of the forum, Mr. Weaver and Ms Flood had 90 seconds to make closing statements.
