Candidate Forum: Central Kitsap School Board

Candidates for the Central Kitsap SD School Board were invited to participate in a League of Women Voters of Kitsap candidate forum via Zoom Webinar on October 4, at 6:30 pm. Candidates Sherese Hegwood and Denise Tracy agreed to attend. Ms Hegwood announced at the forum that she was withdrawing from the election due to unforeseen circumstances. Ms Tracy concluded with a brief statement regarding her aspirations for the school board.

The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan organization and does not support or oppose candidates or political parties. However, we do support good governance and an educated electorate, which is why we sponsor these forums.
