Special Election
February 9, 2021
The second Tuesday in February is Election Day for many voters, but not all.
For the February 9th Special Election in Kitsap County, there will be voting on school levies on Bainbridge Island and in South Kitsap. The other parts of the county will not receive a ballot.
There will be 8 ballot drop box locations open for the February 9th Special Election. See the Kitsap Auditor’s website for the list of locations, as well as information about in-person accessible voting.
Ballots can be dropped into official ballot drop boxes until 8pm on Election Day.
If you are using the mail, your ballot must be post-marked by February 9. USPS recommends mailing your ballot a week before that (February 2) to ensure a a post-mark. After February 2, it’s recommended to use a ballot drop box instead of a postal box.
