LWV Kitsap Annual Meeting (via Zoom or Phone)

Because of the coronavirus outbreak and the resulting shutdown of all normal social activity, we are not able to hold our Annual Meeting in person this year. Instead, we will hold a virtual meeting using the Zoom internet platform. We will still conduct essential business as outlined in our bylaws, including adoption of a local Program for the coming year; election of officers, directors and a Nominating Committee; and adoption of a budget for 2020-21.
The Annual Meeting Workbook (click here to download) will be e-mailed to all members by May 1. We are also attaching it at the bottom of this page.
We hope all our members will attend this virtual meeting on May 21 from approximately 9:45 a.m. to noon. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, you will have a chance to attend a practice session. And Maurie Louis has put together a Zoom Guide for first time users showing a step-by-step approach to make the experience less challenging. Those members without a computer can phone into the meeting just like a conference call.
