Senator Christine Rolfes represents the 23rd Legislative District which includes a large portion of Kitsap County. As chair of the Ways and Means Committee, Senator Rolfes is responsible for leading the budgeting process. Her presentation will address the budget and how Kitsap County will benefit from budgetary allocations for capital improvements.

This year’s annual meeting will take place on Zoom in two parts. The business portion for members will be held first at 5pm. The second part will be a webinar at 7pm with Senator Rolfes as the keynote speaker.
