The LWVK Forums Team is gearing up to produce short candidate interviews for the Kitsap County 2025 General Election and we could use your help!
We’re hoping to conduct interviews with the candidates in 17 of the races on the November 4th ballot, for a total of 34 interviews.
Each interview requires 3 volunteers--an INTERVIEWER, a TIMEKEEPER, and a ZOOM HOST. We're also looking for VIDEO EDITORS to help produce the final videos to be aired on the League YouTube site and elsewhere. If you've moderated candidate forums, conducted candidate interviews, have been a timekeeper or Zoom Host for forums or interviews, or have video editing experience, please consider volunteering for this project. We'll also be offering training for each of the roles above, if you'd like to get involved but haven't done it before.
We plan to conduct these interviews via Zoom, over 3 weeks in September, then editand produce the final videos from late September to mid-October so they'll be online 2-3 weeks prior to Election Day (Nov. 4, 2025).
